About Joseph Ferentino

When first licensed in real estate, I worked part time while holding down a full time position as a hospital administrator with Mt. Sinai Medical Center, one of the most prestigious health care facilities in New York City. At the same time, my wife Marge and I also owned and operated a small business in the Toms River area. I decided early in 2000 to concentrate on a real estate career and left corporate and sold my business.

I joined RE/MAX New Beginnings Realty in 2001 and have been part of the NJ Association of Realtors “Circle of Excellence” every year since 2002. I was recently ranked 8th in the state for residential and commercial sales volume. I have been a recipient of the RE/MAX 100% and Executive Clubs for outstanding residential and commercial sales volume every year since 2004. Received NJAR Distinguished Service Award and I'm a member of RE/MAX Hall of Fame.

I have resided with my wife in Whiting for most of our married life. We have 2 children – Michael who is currently a Neurological Physicians Assistant and Amy Ferentino who is in college and lives in Toms River and two grandchildren Magnolia Lee and Bella.

I enjoy taking care of my home, music of all genres and spending time with Marge who is not only my wife but my best friend in the world as well. I have authored and co authored 3 books and recorded professionally having had record releases on 3 major record labels. I keep very busy in the Real Estate profession and whenever possible, enjoy spending time with my children and grandchildren.
